Z-Tech India Limited is developing immersive Creative Parks across India that transform public spaces into iconic destinations using recycled and sustainable materials. Our parks feature large-scale monuments, thematic installations, adventure attractions, landscape elements, retail spaces, and public infrastructure that require precise engineering and execution.

We are looking for a highly skilled Draftsman & Structural Engineer who can prepare detailed engineering drawings and provide structural design support for all park components while ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards.

Role Summary

The Draftsman & Structural Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed working drawings, structural drawings, foundation details, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation for monuments, attractions, landscape structures, and other built elements within the parks. The role will also coordinate structural approvals and arrange structural stamping/certification wherever required by statutory authorities.

Prepare detailed working drawings for all civil, architectural, and structural components of the Creative Parks.

Develop detailed structural drawings for monuments, sculptures, themed installations, viewing decks, entry structures, signage, bridges, pergolas, and other park features.

Design and prepare foundation drawings and reinforcement details for all permanent structures.

Coordinate structural calculations and analysis to ensure safety and stability of all installations.

Produce fabrication drawings for steel structures and custom-built park elements.

Ensure all drawings are construction-ready with complete dimensions, specifications, material schedules, and execution details.





Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, MEP consultants, vendors, and execution teams to resolve technical issues.

Review shop drawings submitted by contractors and fabricators.

Obtain structural approvals and structural engineer stamps/certifications wherever required for statutory approvals.

Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes, NBC guidelines, and local authority requirements.

Conduct periodic site visits to verify execution as per approved drawings.

Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and engineering records.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

Diploma or certification in Drafting/CAD will be an added advantage.

Experience

510 years of experience in structural engineering and drafting.

Experience in monuments, sculptures, public infrastructure, theme parks, amusement parks, landscape structures, museums, or architectural projects will be preferred.

Experience in preparing detailed structural working drawings and foundation drawings.

Familiarity with approval processes and structural certifications.

Technical Skills

AutoCAD

STAAD.Pro / ETABS / SECURE (or equivalent structural analysis software)

MS Office

Knowledge of steel and RCC design

Working knowledge of IS Codes and National Building Code (NBC)
