We re building and scaling a high-performance centralized cryptocurrency exchange and are looking for a Solution Architect who understands trading systems, crypto infrastructure, and real-world system limits. This is a hands-on architecture role for someone who can design low-latency, high-throughput platforms supporting spot, futures, and options trading. About Us

What You ll Do

- Architect and evolve the end-to-end exchange platform
- Design scalable systems for: Spot, futures options trading
- Order management and matching engines
- Market data pipelines risk systems
- Work closely with trading, backend, frontend, and infra teams
- Identify and solve performance bottlenecks and system limitations
- Support low-latency and HFT-style integrations (C++ systems)
- Define architectural standards, documentation, and best practices
- This includes designing and transforming the entire exchange platform.
- Spot and tackle performance bottlenecks and system boundaries
- C++ system integrations with HFT and low-latency style support





What You Bring
- Design of distributed, high throughput systems
- Robust backend experience in Node. js NestJS
- Architectural exposure for Frontend with React Next js
- Experience with data layer using PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- In-depth understanding of crypto exchanges trading systems
- Hands-on knowledge of: Spot, futures, and options trading
- Market data, order books, and risk management
- Familiarity with C++-based HFT systems and low-latency constraints
- Strong Fintech /Web3-native mindset

Bonus Points
- Formerly built or scaled a crypto exchange
- Knowledge of market microstructure
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) processes
- Cloud-native and DevOps exposure
