Job Description/Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website, WhatsApp, Referrals and other marketing channels.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, online research, LinkedIn, referrals and other lead generation activities.
- Understand client requirements, business type, budget and project objectives to recommend the most suitable IT solutions.
- Present and sell Website Development, E-Commerce Solutions, SEO, Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development and other IT services in a professional manner.
- Communicate with prospects through Phone Calls, WhatsApp, Email,



Google Meet and other professional communication channels.
- Prepare or coordinate proposals, quotations and project estimates with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules and communication history in CRM, Excel or Google Sheets.
- Follow up with prospects regularly, handle objections professionally and work towards converting qualified leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
- Build long-term client relationships through professional communication, timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.

Eligibility Criteria
- Male Female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT Sales, Software Sales, Website Development, Digital Marketing, SaaS or E-Commerce Solutions.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, MBA or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi with Good professional English.
- Good interpersonal skills with confidence in speaking to business owners and decision makers.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, Email, Internet Browsing and WhatsApp Business.
- Quick learner with positive attitude, self-motivation and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of E-Commerce, Websites, Digital Marketing or IT Services will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in selling Website Development, E-Commerce, Software, ERP, CRM, Digital Marketing, SaaS or IT Services will be given preference.
