Build WTF's in-house hiring engine from our Noida HQ. This is a hands-on recruitment seat, not an HR operations role. You will source, call, screen, schedule, follow up and close candidates every day across our multi-location fitness business.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source relevant candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals and databases.
- Make high-volume outbound calls, run first-level screens, schedule interviews and follow through until joining.
- Hire across gym sales, trainers, front desk, operations and selected HQ roles.
- Maintain a clean daily funnel: sourced, connected, screened, interviewed, offered, joined.
- Communicate clearly with candidates and hiring managers; no ghosting or resume dumping.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 0 to 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience; staffing, RPO, consultancy and in-house backgrounds are welcome.
- Demonstrated sourcing, screening and candidate calling, not only coordination, payroll or generalist HR.
- Currently based in Noida,



Greater Noida, Ghaziabad or Delhi and able to report to our Noida HQ.
- You must be available to join tomorrow / immediately. Relocation candidates are not being considered.
- Solid spoken Hindi and workable English for candidate conversations.
- Familiar with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS or Boolean search; evidence matters more than certificates.
- Strong follow-through, pace and integrity.

COMPENSATION

INR 20,000-30,000 per month, based on demonstrated ability.
