Role & responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor production efficiency and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Coordinate with Production Planning (PPC) to ensure smooth material flow and production continuity.
- Optimize production capacity and resource utilization.

Team Management

- Lead and supervise production supervisors, engineers, and operators.
- Allocate manpower effectively based on production plans.
- Conduct training and skill development programs.
- Evaluate employee performance and maintain discipline.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Process Improvement





- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Reduce production costs through process optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the mobile phone manufacturing industry.
- Experience managing high-volume production lines.
- Experience with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) companies is preferred.
- Experience handling production teams of 100+ employees is an advantage.
