Job Title: Video Editor & Content Creator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Content Creator to join our RealtyHQ team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos that showcase our
properties, projects, and brand. This role requires a strong eye for detail, storytelling ability, and knowledge of
current video trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Shoot and edit engaging real estate videos (property tours, site visits, client testimonials, reels, and
promotional content)
Create high-quality video content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Add effects, transitions, music, voiceovers, and graphics to enhance videos
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
Stay updated with latest video trends, editing styles, and social media algorithms
Manage and organize video files and media assets




Requirements:
Proven experience as a Video Editor / Videographer / Content Creator
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, and sound
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience of more than 1yr in real estate or social media content creation is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of videography (optional)
Graphic design basics (Photoshop/Canva)
Understanding of social media marketing
