Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI-powered solutions for complex business problems, leveraging expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications.
- Develop data pipelines using big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases to support large-scale analytics initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership on AI projects by mentoring junior team members and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Job Requirements :

- 12-18 years of experience in designing and developing AI-powered solutions for various industries (BFSI).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised/unsupervised methods and neural networks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R; experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS or Azure is an added advantage.
