The Position

We are seeking a Technical Analyst with a solid development foundation to join our Skilled Services team in

Noida, India. This is a techno-functional role - hands-on development/programming experience is a core

requirement. The ideal candidate will bring structured coding experience and be capable of independently building and

configuring technical solutions rather than functioning purely in a Business Analyst capacity. This role contributes across

the full implementation lifecycle from requirements analysis through configuration, development, testing, and go-live

support.

What you will do:

- Develop and configure solutions tailored to customer requirements using proprietary
- tools, SQL Server, and C# (as applicable).
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Perform hands-on coding, debugging, and solution configuration.
- Work on SQL queries, data mapping, and data transformation activities.
- Participate in technical design discussions and provide structured solution inputs.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects.
- Troubleshoot configuration and technical issues independently.
- Follow established implementation best practices and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 frameworks

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on development/programming experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Experience with at least one structured programming language (C#, Java, or similar).
- Ability to convert functional requirements into technical configurations.

Preferred Qualifications:





- Exposure to enterprise software implementation projects.
- Familiarity with financial/accounting processes.
- Experience in client-facing implementation roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

Important Note

This is not a pure Business Analyst role. Candidates without hands-on development experience will not be considered.
