Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Job Description:

QA/QC Finishing Engineer with experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects. The

candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control of all finishing works as per approved

drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect finishing works: plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, flooring etc.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements

• Verify materials and coordinate for approvals/testing

• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents (IR, MAR, checklists, reports)

• Raise NCRs and ensure corrective actions

• Conduct snagging and ensure timely closure before handover

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site team

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of finishing works and QA/QC procedures

• Experience in high-rise projects preferred

• Positive communication and reporting skills

• Knowledge of IS standards and site practices
