Experience & Skills required:

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Good understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, and network security.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Experience managing ERP, HRMS, or other enterprise business applications.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in vendor management and IT budgeting.
- Proficiency in ITIL-based service management processes is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Operations

- Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, cloud services, and end-user computing.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure-related issues proactively.

IT Support & Service Management

- Lead the IT support team and ensure timely resolution of user issues within defined SLAs.
- Manage the IT helpdesk and establish best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to business users across locations.

Information Security





- Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, antivirus, firewalls, endpoint security, and data protection measures.
- Monitor cybersecurity risks and coordinate vulnerability assessments and security audits.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.

Applications & Business Systems

- Manage ERP, HRMS, CRM, email systems, collaboration tools, and other enterprise applications.
- Coordinate with vendors for implementation, support, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Vendor & Asset Management

- Manage IT vendors, software licensing, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and service agreements.
- Oversee procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
- Optimize IT costs while maintaining service quality.

Project Management

- Plan and execute IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and technology rollouts.
- Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Compliance & Documentation

- Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity procedures.
- Ensure regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, applications, licenses, and configurations.
