Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for nursery students, ensuring a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

- Develop curriculum materials and resources to support teaching goals, incorporating Montessori principles where necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior, communicating with parents on an ongoing basis.

- Ensure classroom organization by maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and safety standards.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop policies and procedures that promote school values such as respect, empathy, honesty, responsibility, and inclusivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in pre-primary education (nursery or kindergarten).

- Strong knowledge of early childhood education theories and practices (e.g., Montessori).

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children's families.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; solid organizational skills required.
