Smart IMS is hiring for a Application Support Engineer position for one of our clients, a leading product-based organization that is establishing its Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. The selected candidate will have to from the client's office in Noida. Smart IMS has been a trusted implementation partner for this client for the past 4 years.

As the client continues to expand its operations in India through its GCC, we are supporting their strategic hiring initiatives. This is a full time, permanent position, and the selected candidate will be employed directly by the client.

JD :

1. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand implementation requirements.

2. Customize and configure software applications based on client specifications.

3. Develop scripts, integrations, and tools to support implementation processes.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and post-implementation.

5. Document implementation processes and contribute to knowledge base articles.

6. Ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones and maintain high-quality standards. 7. Provide technical support and training to clients during onboarding.

8. Continuously improve implementation methodologies and tools.
