Role & Responsibilities:

Khush Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (KHUSH PEHNO) is looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

The candidate will handle customer communication through calls, emails, chats, and other support channels while maintaining professionalism and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat support.
- Assist customers regarding orders, product information, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and other concerns.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and E-Commerce teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update information in CRM/systems.
- Track customer complaints and ensure proper follow-ups until closure.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and improve customer experience.




- Handle escalation cases professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Maintain daily reports related to calls, queries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Ensure qualified communication and maintain brand standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 6 months, 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service.
- Experience in Fashion, Apparel, E-Commerce, Retail, or D2C brands will be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Should have good problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Should be comfortable with calling and customer interaction.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
