Experience in design and engineering: Extensive experience (minimum 8 years) with project-based work as a Mechanical Designer for the heavy process industry.
- I. Knowledge and understanding of multidisciplinary engineering activities and tools, especially in the field of design.
- II. Making and designing technical (overview) 2D drawings and 3D models, in such a way that this leads to a design that meets the established requirements and specifications of a project.
- III. Parametric modeling in 3D in Inventor.
- IV. Able to read process documents like P&ID;, PFD, Steam table etc.
- V. Planning, coordinating, supervising, and checking design activities within the mechanical field, or making and designing technical (overview) drawings, documents and manuals in such a way that this leads to a design that meets the established requirements and specifications of a project.
- VI. Valuable knowledge of the English language in word and writing.

Experience in coordinating an (Engineering) department and multidisciplinary project teams.
- VIII. Preferably experience in the iron and steel industry.
- IX. Experience with working independently under time pressure.
- X. Able to survive within different working climates (cooperative, negotiation, fighting climate).
- XI. Software skill: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Navis Works, BIM 360, etc., MS Office.
Requirements
- Diploma / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering (4 Years Course or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- 8-12 years of industry experience.
