Job Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for W2, C2C, 1099, and C2H hiring models.
- Robust experience in sourcing and recruiting for niche technologies such as AI/ML, Cloud, ERP/SAP, etc.
- Valuable understanding of Boolean search techniques and recruitment tools.
- Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple time zones.
- Knowledge of US work authorization and immigration compliance.
- Strong communication, client coordination, and technical screening skills.
