Job Summary
We are looking for a Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco Unified Communications and VoIP technologies. The candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise voice infrastructure, ensuring reliable and high-quality communication services.
Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection (CUC), Jabber, IM & Presence, and Expressway.
- Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, Cisco CUBE, and Voice Gateways.
- Manage call routing, CSS, Partitions, Route Patterns, Translation Patterns, and call features.
- Troubleshoot voice issues including call failures, phone registration, one-way audio, and audio quality issues.
- Analyze SIP call flows and perform debugging on gateways and CUBE.
- Support PRI (E1/T1), SIP, H.323,



and SCCP-based voice environments.

Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Cisco VoIP / Unified Communications environments.
- Solid troubleshooting skills in enterprise voice infrastructure.
- Cisco Collaboration certifications (preferred).
