Job Description

Roles Responsibilities:

- Lead project independently (Fixed and TM) in the area of software development, maintenance and support including AMS.
- Take end to end responsibility for customer satisfaction, contract fulfilment and project profitability.
- Manage scope of the project/services, incident /tickets trends during its execution including change requests.
- Communication with stakeholders during the life of the project
- Perform to organization norms on metrics for development and AMS projects
- Manage relationships with clients
- Develop statements of work (SOWs) for recent projects
- Identify and manage risk during the project life
- Create a motivated high performance team
- Give formal and periodic feedback to individual team members
- Ensure software engineering guidelines and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Qualifications - External

- 10 to 14 years of exp in IT with 2-5 years of Project management experience
- Experience in project management for development projects using agile-scrum methodologies, estimation, conducting various scrum ceremonies like Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
- Experience in project management for AMS projects, tracking trends, proactively analysing the volume, repeatable tickets, perform RCA and implement measures to reduce repeatable issues,



create and maintain rosters and help / team to remove impediments by finding the right resources/tools/process/technology to remove the impediment
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Knowledge of various performance metrics for both development and AMS projects
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: JIRA, Service now, Greenhopper, TFS, or equivalent, Microsoft Project, VSS, Sonar cube, Fisheye, Jenkins, and all Office Tools
- Ability to proactively call out issues and risks and provide solutions
- Consultative Solution-oriented - Ability to propose design and development approach.
- Understand and appreciate solution frameworks and architectures
- Prefer developer background, tech savy
- Support presales initiatives in estimation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
