About Elite Talkers: Elite Talkers is building an AI-powered English communication ecosystem for working professionals. Our first AI agent, EVA English Verification Agent, evaluates students English accuracy, generates detailed reports, and helps trainers decide the next learning step. We are now expanding this into a larger AI-based learning platform with student dashboards, trainer dashboards, report cards, role wise access, automated PDF reports, WhatsApp/email delivery, and future AI agents. Current Tech Stack: The existing platform is being developed using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL/MySQL. We need someone who can continue the current system, improve its architecture, and also suggest better technologies wherever needed. Role Overview: We are looking for a strong full-stack developer who can take ownership of our current project and help us build a scalable AI learning platform. The developer should be comfortable working with the existing WordPress/PHP/SQL setup, but should also be capable of recommending and implementing better solutions when required. Key Responsibilities: • Review and understand the existing WordPress/PHP/SQL project. • Improve the current EVA assessment flow. • Build and refine student, trainer, and admin dashboards. • Integrate modern UI designs into the existing PHP/WordPress system. • Convert frontend designs into clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Work with AI APIs for evaluation, report generation, and future AI agents. • Build secure role-based access for admins, trainers, and students. • Manage student profiles, reports, assessments, and dashboard data.



• Improve PDF report generation so downloaded reports match the visible UI. • Integrate email and WhatsApp report delivery. • Maintain clean database structure for students, answers, reports, and role permissions. • Suggest whether specific modules should remain in WordPress/PHP or move to a custom architecture. • Write clean, maintainable, documented code. • Work closely with the founder and internal team to convert product ideas into working systems. Required Skills: • Strong PHP development experience. • Robust WordPress custom development experience. • Good knowledge of MySQL / SQL database design. • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills. • Ability to integrate frontend UI into PHP/WordPress templates. • Experience with custom plugins, custom post types, user roles, and WordPress hooks. • Experience with API integration. • Experience with authentication and role-based access control. • Ability to debug existing code and improve performance. • Understanding of responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile. • Basic Git/version-control knowledge. Strongly Preferred Skills: • Experience with React or Next.js. • Experience with Laravel or Node.js. • Experience with OpenAI or other AI API integrations. • Experience with PDF generation. • Experience with WhatsApp Business API or providers like WATI, Interakt, AiSensy, Gupshup, etc. • Experience with email automation. • Experience building dashboards, admin panels, or SaaS products.



• Experience with security best practices. • Ability to guide architecture decisions. What We Do Not Want: • Someone who only knows basic WordPress page editing. • Someone who only installs plugins without understanding code. • Someone who cannot work with databases. • Someone who cannot connect frontend with backend. • Someone who cannot suggest better technical options. • Someone who needs exact instructions for every small decision. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should be a practical problem-solver who can continue our existing system, improve it step by step, and guide us on when to use WordPress/PHP and when to move certain modules to a more scalable custom architecture. We want someone who can think like a product developer, not just a task-based coder. Initial Work Scope: 1. Audit the existing EVA platform. 2. Review current WordPress/PHP/SQL structure. 3. Check user roles: admin, trainer, student. 4. Review EVA assessment flow. 5. Review report generation and PDF download. 6. Improve current UI integration. 7. Suggest a technical roadmap for the next 36 months. 8. Implement the next version of EVA chat-based assessment UI. 9. Set up clean database/report structure. 10. Prepare the system for future AI agents. Test Task for Hiring: Before final selection, the developer may be asked to: • Review one existing PHP/WordPress page. • Explain what is frontend and what is backend in that file. • Convert one provided UI design into HTML/CSS/JS. • Show how it would be integrated into the existing PHP system. • Suggest improvements for scalability and security.
