Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quant Trainer to join our academic team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should possess robust quantitative aptitude, excellent teaching skills, and experience preparing students for standardized tests such as GRE, GMAT, and SAT.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions for the Quantitative sections of GRE, GMAT, and SAT.
- Develop lesson plans, practice questions, assignments, and mock tests.
- Explain quantitative concepts using simple, effective, and student-friendly teaching methods.
- Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback to improve scores.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students throughout their preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and best teaching practices.




- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and student learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience teaching GRE, GMAT, and/or SAT Quant.
- Strong command of Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number System, Data Interpretation, and Probability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide students toward achieving their target scores.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in both online and offline teaching.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proven track record of helping students achieve high scores in standardized tests.
