We are hiring for an Air Ticketing Executive role for our client, a travel & aviation services company.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings and reservations
- Process ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests
- Advise customers on fares, routes, and travel documentation requirements
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) for booking and fare calculation
- Coordinate with airlines for special fare requests and group bookings
- Maintain accurate booking records and follow up on pending confirmations

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international fare rules
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail in ticketing and documentation
- Ability to handle a high volume of bookings under time pressure

Positive to Have

- IATA/UFTAA certification
- Experience with corporate travel desks
- Knowledge of visa and travel documentation requirements
