- Plan and prepare flight plans considering weather, route, and fuel requirements
- Coordinate with pilots, ATC, and operations control on flight readiness
- Monitor flights in progress and provide operational support as needed
- Ensure compliance with DGCA operational regulations and airline SOPs
- Analyse weather patterns and NOTAMs to advise on flight safety
Required Skills:
- Valid Flight Dispatcher license/certification as per DGCA requirements
- Strong understanding of flight planning and aviation meteorology
- Knowledge of airspace regulations and NOTAM interpretation
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills under pressure
- Ability to work in a 24x7 operations control setting
Good to Have:
- Prior airline operations control experience
- Familiarity with flight planning software
- Multi-aircraft type operational knowledge
