As a Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET), you will undergo a structured training program designed to develop technical expertise, practical skills, and professional competencies. You will receive hands-on exposure to gas turbine maintenance, inspection, assembly, refurbishment, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field service operations under the guidance of experienced engineers and technical specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in structured classroom training and on-the-job technical learning programs.
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for gas turbines and associated equipment.
- Assist in the inspection, disassembly, assembly, repair, and refurbishment of gas turbine components.
- Support field service teams during planned outages, commissioning activities, overhauls, and maintenance assignments.
- Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, technical manuals, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality processes, and operational guidelines.
- Adhere to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and promote safe working practices.




- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer requirements and operational excellence.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge through training, mentoring, and skill enhancement initiatives.

Desired Skills:

- Strong fundamentals in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial maintenance, thermal engineering, or rotating equipment.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic work setting.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- High level of discipline, integrity, accountability, and safety awareness.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across India based on business requirements.

Qualification:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidates who have successfully completed their final diploma examinations in 2026.
- Must meet the minimum academic eligibility criteria as per company recruitment guidelines.
