Lead and mentor a team of recruiters in the Non-IT domain
Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & closing top talent
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs & deliver best-fit candidates.
Implement smart hiring strategies to meet targets and exceed expectations.
Ensure robust communication and long-term relationships with clients & candidates
Preferred candidate profile :
6-8 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT)
At least 2 years in a leadership role managing a recruitment team
Strong knowledge of sourcing channels, ATS, and market trends
Excellent communication, people management & decision-making skills
A result-oriented mindset with a passion for hiring excellence.
Industry: Non IT preferably Manufacturing ;Pharma or similar
