As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you will undergo a comprehensive technical training program that combines classroom learning with hands-on field experience. You will work alongside experienced engineers to develop expertise in gas turbine maintenance, inspection, assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field service operations.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build strong technical capabilities while gaining exposure to large-scale power generation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in structured classroom and on-the-job technical training programs.
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on gas turbines and auxiliary equipment.
- Assist in inspection, dismantling, assembly, refurbishment, and testing of gas turbine components.




- Support field service teams during plant outages, commissioning, installation, and maintenance assignments.
- Read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings, technical manuals, equipment specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Follow engineering standards, quality procedures, and maintenance best practices.
- Ensure strict adherence to Setting, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and safe work practices.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous learning, technical development, and skill enhancement initiatives.
