Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Consulting

- Advise clients on technology strategy, IT modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Assess existing IT environments and recommend future-state technology architectures.
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Conduct technology assessments, architecture reviews, and solution evaluations.

Solution Architecture & Design

- Define enterprise, solution, and application architecture frameworks.
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise technology solutions.
- Develop architecture blueprints, technical standards, and implementation guidelines.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.

Technology Stack Evaluation & Implementation

- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, platforms, frameworks, and tools.
- Support implementation of enterprise applications, digital platforms, and integrated solutions.
- Guide application modernization and legacy system transformation initiatives.
- Assist in technology selection, proof-of-concept activities, and vendor evaluations.

Security & Technology Governance

- Ensure technology solutions comply with information security, risk management, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement secure architecture principles and controls.




- Support implementation of cybersecurity frameworks, access management, and compliance requirements.
- Identify technology and security risks and recommend mitigation mechanisms.

Cloud & Digital Transformation

- Support cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Recommend cloud-native technologies and up-to-date architecture approaches.
- Assist in defining integration, scalability, performance, and resiliency requirements.
- Guide infrastructure and platform transformation programs.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Engage with business stakeholders, technology teams, solution providers, and system integrators.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, architecture reviews, and governance meetings.
- Support RFP preparation, technical evaluations, and vendor selection processes.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior client leadership.

Project Delivery & Implementation Support

- Support end-to-end technology implementation and transformation programs.
- Participate in solution reviews, testing strategies, deployment planning, and rollout activities.
- Monitor implementation progress and address technology-related risks and issues.
- Ensure delivery quality, compliance, and adherence to architecture standards.
