Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager / AGM / GM Real Estate

Location: Noida / Greater Noida

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate and convert leads through various channels, including channel partners, direct sales, referrals, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, project presentations, and negotiations to close sales.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to enhance team productivity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes,



and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a team-handling role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate sales will be preferred.
- Good understanding of the NCR real estate market and customer buying behavior.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
