We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Analyst/Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional documentation.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and synchronization activities.
- Support business analysis for Salesforce initiatives and process improvements.
- Configure Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) using out-of-the-box features.
- Coordinate testing activities and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide business analysis and recommendations aligned with airline industry processes
Skills
Must have
- Senior data analyst and business analyst skills with experience in data cleansing and data synchronization that can also serve as a business analyst for scoping this type of work
- 3+ years of SF Business Analyst experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication for requirement gathering, BRD creation, Testing and coordination of UAT with stakeholders
- Business acumen in Airlines industry
- Valuable background in SF Community cloud with out of box configuration.
