- Design and develop mounting structures for ground-mounted and rooftop solar PV projects.
- Perform structural analysis and design calculations for module mounting structures, foundations, and support systems.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication drawings, detailed engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Optimize structural designs to minimize steel consumption while ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure timely and accurate engineering deliverables.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of steel structure design, foundation design, and structural optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian standards, including IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, and other applicable design codes.
