Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic consulting engagements for global Financial Services clients.

- Advise CXOs and senior stakeholders on business transformation initiatives.

- Drive large-scale operating model, digital transformation and process improvement programs.

- Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.

- Lead consulting proposals, solution development and executive presentations.





- Mentor consulting teams and contribute to capability development.

- Drive thought leadership through market insights, industry perspectives and consulting assets.

Ideal Profile

- 15+ years of consulting experience within Financial Services.

- Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following Banking or Payments

- Experience leading enterprise transformation or strategic consulting engagements.

- Robust stakeholder management and client advisory experience.

- MBA from a premier institute preferred.
