Position: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Moolchand Hospital, New Delhi
Experience: 10-20+ Years

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the hospital premises. The role involves managing housekeeping staff, maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with hospital infection control protocols, and providing a secure and clean environment for patients, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the daily housekeeping operations of the hospital.
- Ensure all patient rooms, OPD areas, ICUs, OTs, offices, and public areas are cleaned and maintained as per hospital standards.
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, duty rosters, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
- Coordinate with Infection Control, Nursing, Biomedical, and Maintenance departments for effective housekeeping services.




- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with NABH guidelines and infection prevention protocols.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service.
- Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and inventory of cleaning materials.
- Handle patient and staff feedback related to housekeeping services and take corrective actions.
