Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Relevant Experience” – Application Support (L2) for a bank with experience of working in 2 similar projects of Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking/ Omni- Channel Digital Banking as L2

1. Must cover entire management and support of the solution
2. To act upon the tickets routed from Level 1
3. To assess cause of the issue and accordingly resolve the same within the timelines
4. Resolve the call within stipulated timeframe as defined in SLA by coordinating with the L1 team if required
5. Provide the timeframe for providing solution resolution
6. Updating status, resolution or workaround and date of resolution and informing Bank about the same in terms of timely report submission
7. Track problems from initial call to restore to service
8.



Prepare a root cause analysis document with the resolutions provided for major issues
9. Rectify any corruption in the software
10. Support and maintain all interfaces to the proposed solution and other solutions part of this scope document
11. Modifications to existing scripts, reports
12. Present to Bank management on critical issues reported, resolved, solution provided and suggested recommendations or leading practices as and when asked by the Bank or on a monthly basis, whichever is earlier
13. Support DR drills
14. Routing the transactions through the backup system in case the primary system fails
15. Support for integrating any applications that need to be interfaced with the proposed solution in the future.
