Roles and Responsibility

- Lead a team of annotators to deliver high-quality datasets for complex annotation projects.
- Own quality control processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in annotations.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage end-to-end client delivery across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
