Role Overview :

- Working on structuring the problem statement for a Product feature set.
- Researching in finding the right product-market fit and positioning for the product.
- Documenting and researching on finding appropriate business solutions for the problem statements with the help of Internal SMEs and stakeholders, client feedback, competition, and own creativity.
- Creating Process Flows, User Journeys, and Data Flow Diagrams, while taking feedback and reviews from respective stakeholders.
- Creating the actual User Interfaces using Avasant s Standard Design Guidelines.
- Working closely with the Development team in researching on 3rd party API integrations, Machine Learning and Deep Learning Models, and Technical Infrastructure enhancements wherever necessary.
- Working with the Development and Testing teams to have the complete feature set developed, tested, and deployed according to the specific SDLC.
- Working on developing the product messaging, documenting Release Notes, User Guides, and relevant training documents.
- Working closely with the Marketing Team to develop and create the marketing literature, artefacts, and promotional material.
- Taking internal and client Demos and training the stakeholders on the newly developed feature sets.




- Maintaining the artifacts pertaining to Product Documentation from an internal Business perspective as well as a Client perspective.
- Working with the leadership team on product pricing, RFIs, and RFPs as well as demos for prospective clients.

We are looking for someone with :
- Bachelor s/Master s degree with minimum 4-6 years of experience in product managenment role and has curiosity to analyze the impact of emerging technologies and innovation on different industries. Prior work experience with leading tech industry analyst or B2B SaaS firms will be an advantage
- Good understanding of enterprise SaaS or workflow platforms; deep technical or development expertise not required. Prior knowledge or working on ServiceNow is an added advantage.
- Has a strong sense of ownership and adherence to quality and timelines
- Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, and client teams.
- Has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace across multiple time zones/ geographies
