Role & responsibilities

- Deliver premium aesthetic skin treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and SOPs.
- Perform treatments such as laser hair reduction, chemical peels, medical facials, HydraFacial/Geneo, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures based on training and experience.
- Assist doctors during advanced aesthetic procedures including microneedling, injectables, PRP, skin boosters, and other clinical treatments.
- Conduct skin assessments and educate clients on treatment plans and homecare recommendations.
- Ensure exceptional patient care and maintain a luxury client experience throughout the treatment journey.
- Prepare treatment rooms, maintain hygiene standards, sterilize equipment, and follow all infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate treatment records, before-and-after photographs, and clinical documentation.
- Support package conversions by confidently explaining treatment plans and recommending appropriate homecare and enhancement services.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, front office, and CRM teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.
- Maintain inventory of consumables and report stock requirements.
- Participate in regular clinical training, SOP updates, and skill development sessions.
- Represent Orensas values of clinical excellence, professionalism, and premium hospitality.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2- 6 years of experience in a reputed dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetic, or luxury skin clinic.




- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelors in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Medical Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Experience with laser hair reduction, chemical peels, HydraFacial/Geneo, RF treatments, skin analysis, and medical facials.
- Strong communication skills with a polished, skilled, and client-centric approach.
- Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and continuous learning.
- Comfortable working in a premium, SOP-driven clinical environment.
- Candidates with experience in premium clinics such as Oliva, Kaya, Dermapurity, ISAAC Luxe, Berkowits, MedLinks, or similar organisations will be preferred.
