We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice/Blended Process) for multiple premium processes.

- Customer Service Associate
- Apprenticeship Roles (For fresher)

Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions through voice or blended support channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and account-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests in a skilled and timely manner.
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain quality standards, productivity, and process compliance as per company guidelines.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction scores.




- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred candidate profile

- Undergraduate / Graduate can apply
- Freshers | 6 Months | 1 Year | 2 Years + all can apply
- BE/B.Tech eligible only for selected processes
- Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
- 0 to 5 Years of Experience
- International Voice experience preferred for some processes

Job Details

- Process: Voice / Blended / Customer Support
- Shift: 24x7 Rotational
- Working Days: 5 Days
- Week Off: 2 Rotational Off
- Cab Facility available
- Travel reimbursement

Salary

- CTC: 3.1 LPA 4.5 LPA
- In-hand Salary: 18,000 to 32,000 per month
- Apprenticeship Stipend: 18,000 to 25,000
