Hindi Telecaller - Student Counselor

Were looking for energetic, Hindi-speaking telecallers in Delhi to connect with students/parents and guide them for career courses in Aviation, and Hospitality .

Job Role:

- Make inbound/outbound calls to students & parents regarding admissions.
- Counsel on hotel management courses, eligibility, fees & career options
- Handle cold calling, database calling & daily follow-ups for lead generation
- Convert inquiries into admissions & assist with application process
- Explain admission process, verify documents & ensure smooth enrollment
- Maintain daily call logs, update CRM & send reports to management
- Achieve monthly call & admission targets set by the team.
- Call students/leads from Delhi/NCR who enquired about aviation & hospitality courses
- Counsel them on course details, eligibility, fees, placements in Hindi + basic English




- Fix appointments for counseling + follow up till admission conversionMaintain daily call/lead reports on CRM

What We Need:

Language: Fluent Hindi + Basic English.

Hindi must be native/neutral accent

Location: Delhi/NCR only - Work from Office

Experience: 0-3 years. Freshers with positive communication are welcome

Skills: Target-driven, convincing skills, patience with parents/students

Education: 12th pass / Graduate - Any stream
