Hiring: Senior Python AI Backend Engineer

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Experience: 6+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred

Key Skills Required

- Strong expertise in Python and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications, LLMs, RAG, and AI agent frameworks.
- Proficiency in FastAPI, Flask, or Django for building scalable APIs.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS).
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with Kafka/RabbitMQ and asynchronous processing.
- Solid understanding of System Design, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, Linux, and Agile development methodologies.





Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable AI-powered backend applications using Python.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed backend systems.
- Develop and optimize LLM, RAG, and AI agent solutions for enterprise applications.
- Integrate vector databases and AI models for semantic search and intelligent workflows.
- Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Product teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
- Implement secure, maintainable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and production support.
