Role Summary:

We are looking for an Investment Analyst with strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills to evaluate opportunities across infrastructure sectors as well as stressed assets under the NCLT/IBC framework. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical abilities, sound commercial judgment, and experience in sectors such as Roads, Renewable Energy, Power Transmission, Coal/Mining, or other infrastructure businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain financial models for investment evaluation.
- Evaluate projects using IRR, NPV, Payback Period, DCF, sensitivity and scenario analysis.
- Analyse financial statements, business plans, and project cash flows.
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, and valuation of investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment notes, presentations, and reports for management.
- Evaluate stressed assets under the NCLT/IBC process
- Support due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring.
- Support in equity, mezzanine and structured fund-raising activities aligned to companys growth objectives.
- Identify and work on strategic opportunities for platform development with large strategic players,



private equity funds.
- Prepare crisp and impactful presentations with analytical insights on such opportunities.
- Create and maintain corporate presentations, management updates, data rooms, due diligence process, JV/Share purchase agreements.
- Develop detailed financial models for various recent project bids from NHAI.
- Review RFP, bids documents, liaison for technical, financial and commercial inputs in bid models, carry out IRR analysis.

Desired Skills

- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (VBA/Macros – added advantage).
- Good understanding of project finance and investment evaluation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with attention to detail.
- Exposure to NCLT/IBC resolution processes will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of InvIT structure will be an added advantage.
