Role & responsibilities
A. Site Monitoring & Progress Assessment
- Participate in periodic LIE site visits for
- Observe and document physical progress of work under progress
- Verify actual quantities executed vs. approved drawings; identify deviations
- Preparation of Progress Reports (MPRs) and certificates
- Assess compliance with approved construction methodologies, quality plans, and IS/IRC codes
B. LIE Report Preparation
- Compile structured LIE reports (Inception, Monthly, and Milestone-based) in prescribed formats
- Prepare quantitative progress tables, S-curve analysis, variance commentary, and photographic documentation
- Draft action plan matrices (short-term and medium-term) and outstanding issues logs
C. Financial & Disbursement Support
- Cross-check disbursement claim submissions by concessionaire/EPC contractor against physical progress
- Prepare disbursement eligibility summaries and flag over-claims or unsupported requests
- Coordinate with lender bank representatives for information sharing and clarification
D. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance Tracking
- Track status of statutory clearances Forest, Setting, Wildlife, Railway Crossings, Utility Shifting
- Monitor Right-of-Way (ROW) availability and encumbrance-free land handover status
- Flag delays attributable to regulatory bottlenecks and their impact on project schedule
E. Data Management & Analytics
- Maintain Excel-based project tracking dashboards and progress registers
- Analysis of contractor performance, resource deployment, and machinery utilization
- Support preparation of risk registers and early warning notifications for lenders
F. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with Clients, EPC contractors, concessionaires, and lender representatives
- Coordinate for receipt of DPRs, revised schedules, approved drawings, and compliance reports
- Attend project review meetings and prepare minutes / action trackers
Educational Qualification (Essential)
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) in graduation
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with up to 0-2 years of experience in infrastructure, real estate, or industrial projects
- Understanding of relevant sectoral codes and guidelines (e.g., IRC/MoRTH for roads, BIS/NBC for real estate, CEA for power, PNGRB for oil & gas, as applicable
