Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical / Power / Energy Engineering) Preferred MBA (from reputed institutes)

Role Overview

Seeking a high-potential and analytically strong qualified (0-3 years experience) to support consulting, advisory, and business development assignments across the power sector with focus areas in Transmission, Distribution, Regulatory Affairs, and Power Markets. Experience in Renewable Energy and Sustainability will be an added advantage.

The position requires structured thinking, strong research capability, financial understanding, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality consulting and strategic outputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Support consulting and advisory assignments for utilities, regulators, and private sector clients.

- Conduct market research, policy/regulatory analysis, benchmarking, and sector studies.

- Assist in preparation of feasibility reports, strategic notes,



financial models, regulatory submissions, and client presentations.

- Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and stakeholder engagements.

- Analyse power market trends, tariff frameworks, and commercial implications.

Preferred candidate profile

- 0-3 years of experience in management consulting, power sector consulting, regulatory advisory, or utilities.

- Understanding of Indian power sector regulations and market mechanisms.

- Strong analytical, research, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication skills.

- Presentable, confident, and capable of client-facing interactions.

- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and support client-facing assignments.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments/Business development, client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder interactions across India.
