4) Job Requirements:

- Possess good knowledge and understanding of the working of the Indian Power Sector
- Manage and execute multiple power sector consultancy engagements for Government utilities, DISCOMs and private sector clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for project execution including planning, monitoring of deliverables, timelines, budgets and progress against defined objectives.
- Provide technical inputs related to generation, transmission, distribution, substations, switchyards and power system operations as part of advisory and consulting assignments.
- Review and provide inputs on Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) practices, maintenance planning and asset management approaches as part of consultancy and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignments.
- Monitor project implementation progress in a PMC role, track timelines and milestones,



identify risks and issues, and support timely corrective and mitigation measures.
- Support preparation of feasibility studies, DPRs and technical advisory reports for renewable energy projects.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for data collection, site interactions, meetings, and technical discussions and maintain effective client relationships on assigned projects.
- Assist in proposal and bid development activities including preparation of technical scopes, methodology, cost estimates and presentations for consultancy assignments.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and demonstrate robust team-working skills to build and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Proactively track and communicate sector developments, client updates, and insights related to prospective organizations and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in core Electrical Engineering roles within the power sector.Role & responsibilities
