We are looking for a Technical Support / Maintenance Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team.

Qualifications Required:

1. Degree or Diploma (preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)

2. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in crimping machine maintenance within the wiring harness industry

3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or service of capital equipment (wiring harness industry)

Key Personal Traits:

1. Technically hands-on and proactive in problem-solving

2. Capable of working closely with Japanese counterparts, upholding their values of hard work, teamwork, and professionalism

3. Committed and loyal, with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction

4. Willing to travel across India at short notice for customer support

5. Open to international travel,



including to Japan or other company locations as required

6. Looking for long-term employment and growth opportunities with the company

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for automatic crimping machines and related machinery across the Indian market

2. Offer pre-sales technical support to distributors and partners
