Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage contract manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage third-party pharmaceutical manufacturing partners across India.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, MOQs, and manufacturing agreements to ensure competitive and sustainable partnerships.
- Research emerging therapeutic categories, market trends, and new product opportunities, and identify suitable manufacturing partners for product development.
- Evaluate manufacturing facilities for compliance with WHO-GMP, Revised Schedule M, and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Guide management on manufacturing, compliance, sourcing, and product portfolio expansion decisions.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor vendor performance across quality, compliance, delivery timelines, and commercial commitments.
- Track industry developments, regulatory updates, and emerging business opportunities relevant to the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors.
Job Requirements :
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical third-party manufacturing, strategic sourcing, product management, business development, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, dosage forms, therapeutic categories, and manufacturing processes.
- Good knowledge of WHO-GMP, Revised Schedule M, and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
- Robust industry network and relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-driven, commercially oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-growing organization.
