Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Interiors) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience with an interior design or fit-out company and be capable of managing site execution for residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential and commercial interior projects.

* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor teams, and project managers.

* Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.

* Manage labor, materials, and site resources efficiently.





* Handle day-to-day site challenges related to civil and interior execution.

* Maintain safety standards and prepare regular site progress reports.

Requirements

* 3 to 5 years of experience in site supervision for interior projects.

* Good knowledge of residential and commercial interior execution.

* Understanding of basic construction methods, dimension drawings, and interior fit-out work.

* Ability to independently manage site execution and resolve in office issues.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and their implementation on-site.

* Good coordination and communication skills.
