Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales and Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate insurance agents through multiple sourcing channels.
- Drive business growth across Motor Insurance segments including 2W, 3W, 4W, Private Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Trucks, and School Buses.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations related to agent licensing and commission payments.
- Train and mentor agents/channel partners on products, processes, and company offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

Requirements

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- Experience in Agency Sales within General Insurance or Insurance Broking organizations.
- Strong understanding of agency management, business development, and insurance products.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
