Fundraising & Donor Management

- Lead fundraising initiatives for Hindu Network Foundation and Sarayu Foundation Trust.

- Develop and implement SOPs, annual fundraising strategies, and plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Research funding markets, identify leads, and build donor databases (corporates, individuals, government grants/agencies).

- Prepare and submit donor-specific project proposals; track and follow up on submissions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners.

- Monitor fundraising metrics, generate reports, and ensure timely donor reporting including fund utilization certificates.

- Represent the organization at CSR conferences, workshops, and networking events.

- Organize webinars and cultural events to engage donors and communities.

Project Implementation & Organizational Support

- Coordinate project reports and utilization certificates with partner organizations.





- Provide fundraising support and relationship-building with NGO partners.

- Develop systems for NGO data management.

- Oversee annual report preparation and website feedback/supervision.

- Plan and execute organizational events and donor engagement activities.

- Manage end-to-end coordination for Sarayu Foundation USA Inc.

- Undertake leadership-assigned tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 10–20 years in fundraising, donor management, or resource development.

- Proven track record in developing and executing fundraising strategies.

- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to synthesize complex responsibilities into transparent, actionable plans.

- Culturally inclined with a genuine interest in Indic Civilisation and heritage.

- Demonstrated ability to balance professional fundraising with cultural mission alignment.
