; Key Responsibilities

- ;Perform spray painting and powder coating activities on metal parts, fabricated components, and finished products

- ;Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, grinding, and finishing before painting

- ;Operate spray painting and powder coating equipment safely and efficiently

- ;Ensure uniform coating quality, color consistency, and superior surface finish as per production standards

- ;Inspect painted components for defects, imperfections, and coating quality, and perform touch-ups when required

- ;Maintain painting equipment, spray guns, booths, tools, and work areas in proper working condition

- ;Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures during painting operations

- ;Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to ensure timely completion of manufacturing and dispatch schedules

- ;Minimize material wastage and maintain productive utilization of paints, powders, and consumables

; Requirements

- ;15 years of experience in Spray Painting, Powder Coating,



or Industrial Painting within a manufacturing environment

- ;Good knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, coating techniques, curing, and finishing processes

- ;Ability to independently operate painting and powder coating equipment

- ;Understanding of industrial quality standards and finishing requirements

- ;Knowledge of safety practices related to painting, chemicals, and coating operations

- ;Candidates from Mechanical, Fabrication, Sheet Metal, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred

- ;Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

; Preferred Profile

- ;Experience in powder coating of fabricated metal products and industrial equipment

- ;Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- ;Immediate joiners will be preferred
