Key Requirement:
Looking for Bench Sales candidates with strong prime vendor contacts and relationships in US IT staffing.
Preferred Experience:
- 35 years in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing
- Proven experience with H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and USC consultants marketing.
- Existing network with prime vendors, Tier-1 vendors, and direct clients
- Robust track record in submissions, interviews, and closures
- Good understanding of US Tax terms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
