- Oversee end-to-end seed processing plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality, and safety standards are achieved.
- Manage seed procurement, cleaning, grading, treatment, packaging, and dispatch activities.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including seed storage, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods while ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor retail and distribution logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle internal and external seed movement, including transportation, vendor coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain seed quality, germination, and shelf life.
- Lead production, warehouse, logistics, and maintenance teams to improve operational efficiency.




- Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with seed certification, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and supply chain teams for production planning and dispatch schedules.
- Optimize plant productivity, reduce operational costs, and minimize wastage.
- Maintain plant equipment through preventive maintenance and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare operational reports, inventory records, MIS, and performance metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
- Willing to travel for field operations, vendor visits, warehouse inspections, customer support, and other external business activities.
