Role & responsibilities

- CRM Strategy Execution: Assist in the planning and implementation of CRM strategies aimed at improving customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Team Management: Supervise CRM operations team to ensure smooth functioning of daily tasks, including data entry, customer follow-ups, and reporting.
- Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of CRM data through regular audits and implement best practices for data entry and management.
- Customer Support: Monitor and enhance customer service processes to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyse CRM performance reports, providing insights for decision-making and improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM operations with overall business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance CRM workflows, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training & Development: Train and guide CRM team members to improve their skills and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and data analysis techniques.
- Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals as needed.
- Required to explicit the agency test within initial 60-90 days
- Organizing, Documentation, Communication and work independently

- Has successfully managed a multi-million-dollar business operation.
- Can independently oversee an entire office with minimal executive intervention.
- Possesses the maturity and confidence to interact with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- Has a track record of building high-performing teams and driving accountability.
- Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Is proactive, resourceful, decisive, and relentlessly focused on results.
- Hindi required; additional languages a plus. English needed for internal reporting and coordination
